A Workplace Reality Assessment is an independent look inside your business to figure out what's actually driving the employee, management, performance, or workplace problems you're seeing.
I talk with you, your managers, and your employees, look at how things are actually working day to day, and compare what you're seeing from the top with what's happening throughout the business.
Then I connect the dots and show you what's really causing the problems, what needs your attention, and where you may be spending time and money without solving the real issue.

We talk about what’s happening, what you’ve already tried, and where you need clarity.
2. I look beneath the surface.
Through confidential employee conversations, leadership input, observation, and a review of the areas relevant to your situation, I look for patterns, disconnects, and issues that may not be making it to you.
3. I connect the dots.
I compare what you’re seeing from the top with what’s happening inside the business.
4. You get the reality.
I walk you through what I found, what appears to be driving the issues you’re seeing, and where I believe your attention needs to go.
You leave with clarity—not another generic employee survey or report that sits on a shelf.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE ASSESSMENT?
What happens next depends on what the assessment finds.
You may have changes you can make internally. You may need to address a specific employee or management issue, clarify expectations, change a process, or strengthen accountability.

Who do you talk to during the assessment?
That depends on the business and the problems you're seeing. Typically, I talk with the owner, relevant managers, and employees so I can compare what different people are seeing and experiencing.
Are you coming in to investigate my employees?
No. I'm looking at the business as a whole, not walking in assuming an employee is the problem. The cause could be an employee, a manager, unclear expectations, inconsistent accountability, communication, a process, or something else entirely.
What are you looking for?
I'm looking for patterns and disconnects that help explain why the problems you're seeing keep happening. That includes how expectations are communicated, how decisions are made, how managers manage, how employees work together, where processes break down, and what may not be making it back to you.
What do I get at the end?
You'll get a clear picture of what I found, what's actually contributing to the problems, what needs your attention first, and where changes are most likely to make a difference.
Do I have to hire you for consulting afterward?
No. The assessment stands on its own. If you want help addressing what we uncover, we can talk about Workplace Consulting or Leadership Development. If not, you still leave knowing what needs attention
