An independent look inside your business to uncover what’s really driving the people, management, performance, or workplace problems you’re seeing. I talk with leadership and employees, look for patterns and disconnects, and identify what may be happening beneath the surface—without assuming where the problem is or taking sides. You get a clear outside perspective on what’s happening, what needs your attention, and the clarity to decide what happens next.
Cancellation/Reschedule
Cancellation & No-Show Policy I know life and business can throw curveballs. If you need to make a change, here’s how it works: Reschedules & Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else who needs it. Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% session fee may apply. No-shows: If you don’t make it to your session without notice, the full fee will be charged. Running late? I’ll hold the session open for 15 minutes, after that, it’s considered a no-show. I truly value your time and commitment, and I’ll always handle unexpected emergencies with understanding.
