Cancellation/Reschedule
Cancellation & No-Show Policy I know life and business can throw curveballs. If you need to make a change, here’s how it works: Reschedules & Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else who needs it. Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% session fee may apply. No-shows: If you don’t make it to your session without notice, the full fee will be charged. Running late? I’ll hold the session open for 15 minutes, after that, it’s considered a no-show. I truly value your time and commitment, and I’ll always handle unexpected emergencies with understanding.
