The Women’s Business Empowerment Course is your chance to break barriers, build your table, and claim your place as a leader on your terms. Schedule: 90 minutes Start Date: Reach out for next opening (info@mindsetshift.net) End Date: Cost $297 Week 1 – Breaking Barriers: From Excuse to Empowerment Identify the labels, barriers, and “too much / not enough” stories you’ve carried. Rewrite your old narrative into an empowered one. Outcome: Confidence in your story and clarity on your next step. Week 2 – Becoming the Builder: Mindset + Foundation Call out the “good girl” rules that keep women small. Unmask imposter syndrome and reframe it as proof of growth. Outcome: Identity shift, clarity of vision, and a personal leadership blueprint. Week 3 – Theme: Confidence in Action: Speaking Up & Leading Forward Recognize where you hold back and why. Learn practical confidence tools for real-world situations. Outcome: Practical confidence tools you can use immediately. Week 4 – Building Together: Collaboration & Legacy Shift from competition to collaboration. Build your circle (mentors, allies, partners). Outcome: A powerful community plan, clarity of purpose, and a vision for the table you’re building.
Confidentiality & Session Agreement
At Mindset Shift, coaching is designed to be a private, judgment-free space where you can grow, reflect, and create change. Your trust matters, and we take confidentiality seriously. Confidentiality: Everything discussed during coaching sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared outside of Mindset Shift without your consent — except in the following situations: If there is intent to harm yourself or others If abuse or illegal activity is disclosed If required by law or court order. Nature of Services: Coaching is a collaborative process focused on growth, clarity, and action. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While we may offer guidance and tools, you are always responsible for the choices and actions you take. Personal Responsibility: You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results following each session. Mindset Shift LLC and its representatives are not liable for any outcomes or results arising from coaching conversations. Age Requirement: Coaching clients must be 18 years or older to participate. Reschedules & Cancellations: We know life happens, and we want to be transparent about what to expect if your plans change. Before the Course Starts: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another woman who would benefit from the program. After the Course Begins: Once the first session has started, no refunds are available. However, you will still receive all worksheets, recordings (if offered), and community access, even if you cannot attend live. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing the program, you may request to roll over your enrollment to the next course cycle (subject to availability). Acknowledgment: By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, understand the boundaries of confidentiality, and are ready to engage openly in the coaching process.
