Confidentiality & Session Agreement

At Mindset Shift, coaching is designed to be a private, judgment-free space where you can grow, reflect, and create change. Your trust matters, and we take confidentiality seriously. Confidentiality: Everything discussed during coaching sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared outside of Mindset Shift without your consent — except in the following situations: If there is intent to harm yourself or others If abuse or illegal activity is disclosed If required by law or court order Nature of Services: Coaching is a collaborative process focused on growth, clarity, and action. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While we may offer guidance and tools, you are always responsible for the choices and actions you take. Personal Responsibility: You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results following each session. Mindset Shift LLC and its representatives are not liable for any outcomes or results arising from coaching conversations. Age Requirement: Coaching clients must be 18 years or older to participate. Reschedules & Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to someone else who needs it. Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% session fee may apply. No-shows: If you don’t make it to your session without notice, the full fee will be charged. Running late? I’ll hold the session open for 15 minutes—after that, it’s considered a no-show. We truly value your time and commitment, and I’ll always handle unexpected emergencies with understanding. Acknowledgment: By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, understand the boundaries of confidentiality, and are ready to engage openly in the coaching process.
